The NLR Mayor's Youth Council has teamed up with the Arkansas Queen and Red Lobster to give you an unforgettable evening on Thursday, October 4th. "Cruise for the Kids" will benefit Arkansas Rice Depot's Food For Kids program, a backpack program that sends food home with kids after school. Sadly, more than 200,000 children live in food insecure households in Arkansas. Food For Kids helps more than 35,000 children in Arkansas each year.
Guests will board the Arkansas Queen at 6:30pm. The cruise, dinner and a silent auction begin at 7:00pm. The boat returns to dock at 9:00pm.
Tickets are $50 each, which will provide approximately 50 meals to a child in need. You will receive an email confirmation of your ticket order. Tickets will be mailed via USPS.
